Events Coordinator (Volunteer / Internship)
Location: Hybrid – Online & In-Person (London-based preferred)
Commitment: Part-time (approx. 6-10 hrs/week, including some weekends)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a reliable, creative and detail-driven Events Coordinator to help plan, organise and execute our growing calendar of community events, brand activations, and creative workshops.
You’ll play a key role in building our event infrastructure - from logistics and partnerships to on-the-ground execution. You’ll also lead on securing and managing sponsors and collaborators, and receive a share of revenue on ticketed events you help bring to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🗓️ Event Planning & Logistics

Assist in planning and producing all FORE events, from workshops to FORUM

Build out timelines, run sheets and event documentation

Coordinate bookings, guest lists, floor plans, performers and vendors

Ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to clean-up
🎤 On-the-Ground Support

Manage setup and breakdown on event days
-
Oversee guest check-in, volunteers, artists and logistics

Troubleshoot issues in real time and maintain a calm, solution-led energy

Ensure content is being captured in collaboration with media team
🤝 Sponsorships & Partnerships

Research and reach out to relevant brands, organisations and partners

Support in creating pitch decks and partnership proposals

Manage sponsor relationships and activation logistics

Maintain a database of past and potential collaborators
🧠 Creative Input & Workshop Planning

Help design new event formats, creative experiences, and community workshops

Scout talent for panels, sessions, and collaborative activations

Suggest ideas that align with FORE’s ethos and audience
📝 Post-Event Wraps

Help gather feedback and insights from attendees and collaborators

Track and archive stats, highlights and learnings

Support in refining and improving future event formats
WHO YOU ARE:

A people-person with a passion for bringing ideas to life

Organised and dependable, but not afraid to get stuck in

Has an interest in creative culture, nightlife, and community events

Confident dealing with collaborators, brands and suppliers

A self-starter who can own projects but thrives in a team

Bonus: experience in event production, sponsorship or community work
WORKING STRUCTURE:
This is a hybrid role and includes:

2x weekly online meetings (team-wide and 1:1 check-in with your line manager)

1 in-person workday most weeks, either at the FORE studio in Hackney Wick or a central location like Soho House

Attendance at most major FORE events (weekends or evenings as needed)

Additional remote/independent work at your own pace, with weekly check-ins
