WHO WE ARE:

FORE is a grassroots creative movement building community at the intersection of fashion, music, art and culture. We run disruptive events, limited product drops, and collaborative campaigns - all powered by and for the people. From FORUM to FORE The Community, every event we run is more than a party - it’s a platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a reliable, creative and detail-driven Events Coordinator to help plan, organise and execute our growing calendar of community events, brand activations, and creative workshops.

You’ll play a key role in building our event infrastructure - from logistics and partnerships to on-the-ground execution. You’ll also lead on securing and managing sponsors and collaborators, and receive a share of revenue on ticketed events you help bring to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

🗓️ Event Planning & Logistics

  • Assist in planning and producing all FORE events, from workshops to FORUM

  • Build out timelines, run sheets and event documentation

  • Coordinate bookings, guest lists, floor plans, performers and vendors

  • Ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to clean-up

🎤 On-the-Ground Support

  • Manage setup and breakdown on event days

  • Oversee guest check-in, volunteers, artists and logistics

  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and maintain a calm, solution-led energy

  • Ensure content is being captured in collaboration with media team

🤝 Sponsorships & Partnerships

  • Research and reach out to relevant brands, organisations and partners

  • Support in creating pitch decks and partnership proposals

  • Manage sponsor relationships and activation logistics

  • Maintain a database of past and potential collaborators

🧠 Creative Input & Workshop Planning

  • Help design new event formats, creative experiences, and community workshops

  • Scout talent for panels, sessions, and collaborative activations

  • Suggest ideas that align with FORE’s ethos and audience

📝 Post-Event Wraps

  • Help gather feedback and insights from attendees and collaborators

  • Track and archive stats, highlights and learnings

  • Support in refining and improving future event formats

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A people-person with a passion for bringing ideas to life

  • Organised and dependable, but not afraid to get stuck in

  • Has an interest in creative culture, nightlife, and community events

  • Confident dealing with collaborators, brands and suppliers

  • A self-starter who can own projects but thrives in a team

  • Bonus: experience in event production, sponsorship or community work

WORKING STRUCTURE:

This is a hybrid role and includes:

  • 2x weekly online meetings (team-wide and 1:1 check-in with your line manager)

  • 1 in-person workday most weeks, either at the FORE studio in Hackney Wick or a central location like Soho House

  • Attendance at most major FORE events (weekends or evenings as needed)

  • Additional remote/independent work at your own pace, with weekly check-ins

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Hands-on experience in cultural event production and strategy

  • Mentorship, team socials, and access to the wider FORE network

  • Revenue share from ticketed events you coordinate

  • Access to our Hackney Wick studio space for planning, shoots or personal projects (subject to availability)

  • Exclusive merch, behind-the-scenes access, and free entry to all FORE events

  • Published credit and testimonials for your portfolio or CV

  • First access to future paid roles as FORE grows

HOW TO APPLY:

Email info@forestore.co.uk with:

  • A short paragraph about why you want to join the team and what you have to offer

  • Any examples of events you’ve helped produce or been involved in (optional)

This is your chance to co-create a cultural platform from the ground up. If you’re ready to help us bring people together and build unforgettable experiences, let’s talk.
