Fashion Assistant (Volunteer / Internship)
Location: Hybrid – Online & In-Person (London-based only)
Commitment: Part-time (approx. 6–10 hrs/week, with flexibility around drops & shoots)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Fashion Assistant to support the behind-the-scenes production and styling of our product drops, shoots, and studio operations. You’ll help with everything from sourcing garments to styling lookbooks, assisting on shoot days, prepping samples, and keeping the creative flow moving.
You’ll be working closely with the Founder, Studio Manager, and wider Creative team - so if you’re hands-on, passionate about fashion, and keen to gain real-world experience in an independent brand, this is your lane.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🧵 Product & Sample Development

Support product sampling process and supplier comms

Track sizing, fit feedback and assist with quality checks

Research blanks, fabrics, production partners and trends
📸 Shoot Prep & Styling

Help with prepping garments for shoots
-
Assist with styling models and managing shoot-day logistics
-
Source props, accessories and creative references as needed
🎨 Creative Direction Support

Work alongside the Founder on moodboards and drop planning
-
Help organise and archive previous collections and shoot assets
-
Support in developing themes, colour palettes, and visual narratives
📦 Studio & Stock Management

Assist in keeping the studio space organised and shoot-ready

Help with sample returns, inventory checks and order prep if needed

Maintain visual records of past and current product lines
WHO YOU ARE:
-
Passionate about streetwear, fashion and creative culture
-
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments like shoots or events
-
Ideally has experience with styling, garment care, or fashion production
-
London-based and available to attend regular in-person days and shoots
-
Bonus: interest in upcycling, sustainable production or fashion design
WORKING STRUCTURE:
This is a hybrid role and includes:

2x weekly online meetings (team-wide and 1:1 check-in with your line manager)

1 in-person workday most weeks, at the FORE studio in Hackney Wick or Soho House

Required attendance at product shoots and occasional studio days (flexible)

Additional tasks can be completed remotely with weekly check-ins
