Graphic Designer (Volunteer / Internship)
Location: Hybrid - Online & In-Person (London-based preferred)
Commitment: Part-time (approx. 6–10 hrs/week)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a bold, versatile Graphic Designer to support the visual output of the brand - from social assets and event flyers to merch mockups and campaign design.
You’ll be working across all parts of the brand - products, content, events, communications - helping us push out consistent, creative visuals that elevate our message and aesthetic. This is an ideal role for a design student, freelancer or emerging creative looking to build experience in a fast-moving cultural brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎨 Visual Content Creation

Design assets for Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, and web

Create social templates, story assets, and branded content

Design event flyers, announcements and promotional materials
👕 Product & Merch Design

Support on graphics for product drops (T-shirts, jerseys, posters etc.)

Create mockups and visuals for our Shopify site and social media
-
Collaborate on design direction for collabs and limited drops
📦 Campaign & Brand Assets

Contribute to campaign visuals and rollout packs

Design graphics for pitch decks, sponsorships and press kits

Maintain a consistent visual style that reflects FORE’s tone
🧠 Creative Input & Innovation

Bring fresh ideas and references to the table

Keep up with design trends in streetwear, culture and social content

Help develop visual guidelines and evolve the brand identity
WHO YOU ARE:

A creative thinker with a strong visual eye and a distinct design style
-
Fluent in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva is a bonus
-
Familiar with streetwear, underground culture, social-first design, and DIY aesthetics

Able to work fast and independently, but open to collaboration and critique

Portfolio of personal or professional work that shows range and originality

Bonus: animation, motion graphics or 3D skills (but not required)
WORKING STRUCTURE:
This is a hybrid role and includes:

2x weekly online meetings (team-wide and 1:1 check-in with your line manager)

1 in-person workday most weeks, either at the FORE studio in Hackney Wick or Soho House

Remote design work on your own schedule, with weekly check-ins

Optional presence at events and shoots to contribute to BTS or live visuals
