Social Media Assistant (Volunteer / Internship)
Location: Hybrid - Online & In-Person (London-based preferred)
Commitment: Part-time (approx. 6-10 hrs/week)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a creative, organised and social-savvy Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our social platforms - mainly Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll work closely with our content, design and community teams to help schedule content, write engaging captions, respond to DMs and comments, and keep our feeds aligned with the wider brand vision.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves culture, is always online, and wants to get real hands-on experience behind the scenes of a growing creative platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
📆 Content Scheduling & Management

Upload and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok and Threads

Organise content calendars and post plans in Notion or Later
-
Support content rollout around product drops, events, and campaigns
✍️ Copy & Captions

Write or adapt short-form copy (captions, titles, CTAs) that feel FORE
-
Keep tone consistent and aligned with the rest of the brand’s comms
-
Collaborate with the copywriter and content team on creative ideas
📲 Engagement & Community Interaction

Reply to DMs and comments in a friendly, on-brand tone

Help manage shout-outs, reposts and community features
-
Support TikTok trends, comment replies, and story content
🧠 Trends & Insights

Stay tapped into trends, viral sounds, memes and formats
-
Suggest new ideas and formats based on what’s working in the culture
-
Track basic insights and performance for reporting and content planning
WHO YOU ARE:

Extremely online and confident navigating Instagram and TikTok
-
Organised, reliable and obsessed with culture, memes and content
-
A good communicator who understands tone, audience and timing
-
Interested in streetwear, creative scenes, music, events or all of the above
-
Bonus: experience using Later, Notion, Canva or basic editing apps
WORKING STRUCTURE:
This is a hybrid role and includes:

2x weekly online meetings (team-wide and 1:1 check-in with your line manager)

1 in-person workday most weeks, either at the FORE studio in Hackney Wick or Soho House locations

Additional remote/independent work at your own pace, with weekly check-ins

Optional support on event days to capture or post live content (with access to all events)
