TO DYE FORE / EARTH DAY EVENT - RECAP
Ok, let’s throw it back to last week. We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported our recent To Dye FORE Earth Day event. It was so sick to see all of you come together to celebrate the new collection, learn about new ways to protect our planet, and honestly, we couldn't have done it without you.
Let's dive deeper into what went down at our To Dye FORE event! To kick things off, we debuted our brand-new Tie Dye collection that features all your streetwear essentials. We wanted to create a collection that not only looks good, but also has a more positive impact on the environment. That's why we used 100% organic cotton and made sure that all our materials were sourced ethically. Check out the To Dye FORE collection below, available online real soon!
Throughout the weekend, we hosted a series of Tie Dye workshops to teach people how to up-cycle their own clothes using dying and bleaching processes. Each tee used in the workshop was 100% recycled, and it was truly inspiring to see so many people getting creative and giving new life to their old clothes.
To top it off, we had a pop-up installation where attendees could show off their Tie Dye creations and snap some Instagram-worthy shots.
One of the highlights of the event was our panel discussion featuring some of the fashion and cosmetics industry's finest. A big shoutout to each of our speakers who showcased their talent and passion. It was great to learn from this lot, and even better to have the focus on more sustainable practices.
Asya Ter-Hovakimyan, Fashion Designer and Entrepreneur, shared her thoughts on what the industry looks like now and what she envisions for the future. Piarve Wetshi, Founder of Colèchi, discussed the company's Clean Fashion manifesto, with a focus on the four key areas of the fashion supply chain – sourcing, making, media and afterlife. Skye, CEO & director of Alysium Beauty, talked about her brand's commitment to offering handmade self-care products that are plant-based, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly. Finally, Lee Dominique, Marketing Executive of Liquiproof, shared his mission to tackle the huge global wastage problem in the fashion industry.

Thanks to you guys, our To Dye FORE Earth Day event was a huge success. We were able to launch a new, more eco-friendly collection, teach people how to up-cycle their own clothes, and host an engaging panel discussion with some of the industry's brightest minds. We also partnered with a local environmental organisation to donate a portion of our profits to support their mission of protecting the planet. Another win, from your orders we're proud to say we've been able to plant over 130 trees as a brand to offset our carbon footprint, and we intend to keep doing even more to be as eco-conscious and sustainable as we can.
We also want to thank everyone who came out to support our event and make it a success. Your enthusiasm and energy was contagious so the opportunity to come together to network and shop at the end of this event was just amazing. We're grateful to have such an amazing community.
